ABOUT
At an early age, Colleen's artistic talents came into being with a box of 64 Crayola crayons. She then found herself winning awards for her work in high school and headed to college as a fine arts major. It was there that she started to discover her love of another medium, makeup. One of her classes brought as a special guest the key makeup artist from the legendary Kabuki theatre. He demonstrated the ancient art form of this makeup. Then as an exercise, the class had to follow the master and replicate the makeup on a fellow student. The rest is history, Colleen found her new canvas, the face.

Soon after, Colleen moved to New York to follow her dream and found herself modeling. She moved to Paris where she learned makeup from the local makeup artists and in her spare time would venture to the Louvre to sketch the masters for hours.

Now you can find Colleen working on the some of the biggest shoots in the industry. She even was selected as one of the 10 member team to work the historic Fendi show at the Great Wall of China. She has been working backstage at the world 's top fashion shows with renowned makeup artist Dick Page for 5 years. She has also worked with Tom Pecheux, James Kaliardos, Lisa Haughton, Gregory Arlt, Lisa Butler, and Brigitte Reiss-Andersen. The past two years keying her own for 2009 CFDA nominee Alabama Chanin. You can also find her preparing some of the leading ladies in the music world as they get ready for the red carpet. You can find her work in publications such as UK Harper's Bazaar, GQ, L'Officiel Hommes, Zink, New Zealand's Fashion Quarterly, WWD and InStyle.

Colleen has worked with photographers Reed Krakoff, Andrew Southam, Trent Mcginn, Greg Sorensen, Melanie Dunea, Trevor Owsley, Annalise Phillips, Lucy Carr-Ellison, Marili Forastieri, Dan King and Alexander Noe.

Colleen currently resides in New York.
